摘要

The second quarterly progress report of a Production Engineering Measure (PEM) for the improvement of production techniques to increase the reliability of a diffused silicon controlled switch, of the 2N689 type, under the USAEMA Contract No. D-3S-039-AMC-03619 (E) of 22 June 1963, covers the work performed on an all-diffused rectifier subassembly, the device package, and the initial step stress results on the present alloy diffused product. A PERT analysis depicts the progress of this program and provides certain conclusions on the work performed.
