The article is devoted to an anlysis of criteria of quality and characteristics from the point of view of their possible use in self-adjusting con¬trol systems. Here special attention is given to the speed with which these criteria are obtained and the accuracy of their calculation. Examined is the determination of the pulse transient re-sponse system frequency characteristic for statis¬tical signals and sampling action. Restrictions oc¬curring in connection with the use of extremal parametric self-adjusting systems are examined.
