摘要

1. Botulism causative agents may be detected with the help of the agglomeration reaction of alizarin suspension agglutinins in a concentration equal to 12.5 -- 100 million in 1 ml.n2. The agglomeration reaction of antibotulinum alizarin suspension agglutinins is strictly specific and makes it possible to differentiate the botulism causative agent from Bac. sporogenes and also other species of microbes.n3. The agglomeration reaction of suspension agglutinins is not suppressed by alien microflora and may be utilized for the rapid detection of botulism causative agents in mixed cultures.n4. With the help of alizarin suspension agglutinins the botulism causative agents can be detected in food product in an average of 18 -29 hours.
