The manual provides a set of instructions for the use of a general purpose FORTRAN program for calculating, at any confidence level, asymptotic bounds on the reliability and mean first system failure time of series-parallel systems. The program requires that the system configuration, repair strategy and mission time are known and actual time-to-failure and time-to-repair test data are available. The test data are used as pools from which pseudo first system failure times are generated and used to calculate the system reliability and mean time-to-failure. The manual includes sample problems to illustrate the uses of the program. The statistical justification of the techniques employed is also described. (Author)
