Role of Preserved Allografts in Neurosurgical Procedures.

摘要

Preservation and long-term storage of tissue allografts may play an important role in reconstructive neurosurgical procedures resulting from trauma, tumor, congenital abnormalities, and degenerative disease. The safety and efficacy of these tissues has been confirmed in both laboratory animals and clinical situations. (Author)
