摘要

The Hazard Ranking and Allocation Methodology (HRAM) is a systematic approach to assist in the evaluation of potential research projects for munitions standards and installation restoration studies. HRAM is computer-executed. Hence, data inputs must be in a format compatible with program algorithms. This often involves a data translation or derivation from existing information. This report presents current methods for preparation of data inputs for chemical pollutants associated with air and surface water pollutants. In several cases where data sources are not available, starting estimates, or default values are supplied. HRAM requires numerical declarations of the uncertainties associated with data inputs. Recommended values of these uncertainties are presented. (Author)
