The dam is an earth rolled fill dam, 1100 ft. long with a maximum height of 48 ft. It is intermediate in size with a high hazard potential. The test flood is the full PMF. The dam is judged to be in fair condition based on a limited spillway capacity and various physical observations. There are various recommendations and remedial measures which must be implemented by the owner. (Author)
