Therapeutic Value of H-Oximes against GD in the Rat

The therapeutic value of a number of bis-pyridinium compounds was evaluated in the rat in combination with a number of other drugs. Only two, the H-oximes HS-6 and HI-6, showed considerable promise. HI-6 was shown to be superior in the rat on the basis of lower toxicity and providing protection against higher doses of GD.
