Trichinosis Meningoencephalitis: A Case Report, Elisa Serodiagnosis and Treatment

In this paper we report our experience in using ELISA for the diagnosis of CNS trichinosis in a patient who presented with signs and symptoms of meningoencephalitis with CSF and blood hypereosinophilia. We will also address treatment with the antitrichinella agent thiabendazole. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. (Reprints)
