The project addresses modernization of the printed circuit card test and final device assembly and test areas within the Flight Management and Targeting Systems Department. This task is to be accomplished through more efficient use of floor space, utilization of automated storage and retrieval systems, consolidation of printed circuit card testing, streamlining work flow, and installation of ergonomically designed work cell/work centers. Incorporation of these changes will result in increased productivity and test yields brought about a reduction in rework, training, and throughout time.
