This regulation provides guidance on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) performing reimbursable work for non-DOD Federal agencies, States, Commonwealths, Territories, and local governments of the United States. This work is further defined and described in paragraphs 4 and 5, and shall be known as the 'Support for Others' (SFO) program.
