摘要

A new family of high-order Taylor-Galerkin schemes is presented for the analysisof second-order hyperbolic systems. The use of such schemes within an adaptive h-p finite element strategy for spatial approximation, in two-dimensional problems is described. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate performance of these methods.
