A two-chain model with alternate interchain interactions is proposed here, in order to research organic superconductors with spin gaps. The binding energy of two holes, E-B, has been computed using periodic boundary conditions within a mean-field approximation. The E-B with negative values increases linearly as the interchain electron-lattice interaction increases. This means that the increase of the interchain electron-lattice interaction does not further stabilize the bound state of two holes at the interchain sites.
