Daishowa,Fuji City,Japan,says its Yoshinaga Mill started up its new paper sludge incineration plant on December 1,2002,following a trial period.The plant is equipped with a system to reduce production of dioxin and does not use fossil fuel.Instead,the incinerator uses paper sludge and refuse paper/plastic fuel (RPF).
