Atul buys adhesive brand Polygrip

THE Gujarat-based Atul Ltd, a Laibhai Group company, has acquired the 34- year-old Polygrip, India's leading rubber-based adhesive brand, for an undisclosed amount. The polymers division of Atul Ltd that manufactures and markets ep-oxies, adhesives and sealants under the brand Lapox, has bought the Polygrip brand, giving Atul a ready access to rubber and PU-based adhesives market in India, according to a release.
