James Weil Wins 2009 George Heckel Award

NPCA/FSCT presented James Weil, president of Complementary Coatings Corp. (conducting business as Insl-x Products Corp.), the 2009 George Baugh Heckel Award. It is the association's highest honor and was presented to Weil, the association's outgoing chairman, on April 27 during the Honors Luncheon. Weil, known widely as "Jimmy," has spent much of his life entrenched in the industry and active in NPCA efforts.
