Component performance is vital for aircraft components in order to ensure airworthiness, integrity and safety. Processes such as welding, heat treating and chemical processes require strict adhesion to specifications, rigorous control and supervision. This is Carlos Alfaro's job. Special Process Engineer Supervisor at Eaton Aerospace, Carlos leads a team of nine people tasked with special processes in aircraft component manufacture.
