Del E. Webb School of Construction Expansion Project

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the construction program at Arizona State University. The Arizona Chapter Associated General Contractors hopes to mark the occasion by helping the Del E. Webb School of Construction become the first freestanding college of its kind in the United States. One of just two Schools of Construction in the country, the program offers undergraduate and graduate programs in five specialization areas and is one of 52 construction programs accredited through the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE). It concentrates study on commercial, residential, heavy highway, specialty sub-contracting and concrete industry management, offered since 2005. In addition to a residential graduate program, it offers online graduate studies jointly with Northern Arizona University through a program supported by the chapter. This fall, the school welcomed the first student in its new PhD program.
