2011 Cave Science Symposium

The 22nd British Cave Research Association Cave Science Symposium was co-sponsored by the South Wales Geologists' Association and held at the school of earth and ocean sciences in the memorable Main Building of Cardiff University on March 5 2011. Sixty-eight cavers, geologists, and scientists from a wide range of disciplines — from archaeology and anthropology to hydrogeology and palaeoclimatology — gathered to enjoy a packed programme of talks and poster presentations, followed by anexclusive tour around the impressive archaeological, geological, and biological collections of Amgueddfa Cymru — National Museum Wales.
