Midroc Operating Co., Dallas and Shreveport, has completed in Smackover at a wildcat two and three-quarter miles north of Melrose in southern Alabama's Conecuh County. The No. 23-3 Cedar Creek Land & Timber, NE NW Section 23-5N-13E, was completed flowing 468 barrels 43-grayity oil, 418,000 cubic feet of gas and two barrels water per day through a 12/64-inch choke withflowing tubing pressure 1400 pounds,Gas-oil ratio was 893 to one.
