I'D LIKE TO CREATE ONE-GODREJ FEEL AMONG COUNTRY HEADS

What are your key priorities as you take charge of GCPL's international business? I am going to be very focused on three priorities. My first priority is to build the team an international team for GCPL. In the next few days, we are meeting all international business heads to create one-Godrej feel. My second priority is to get a better understanding of our markets and consumers. I am going to be out on the field in the next two weeks to gauge the market dynamics here. Thirdly, our focus in on leveraging all the synergies that we have identified so far which include, cross selling synergies, cost saving synergies, margin improvement synergies, best practices sharing synergies and people synergies.
