RPC buys new sites

European supplier of rigid plastics packaging,RPC Group Plc has acquired two Crown Group's Risdon facilities in northern France and northern Italy.RPC says the acquisition will complement and strengthen its existing activities in the beauty and personal care markets with the new manufacturing facilities complementing its existing sites.
