Another main trend in the hair care market is high Performance of the produets. Having beautiful, healthy hair has al-ways played an important role in society, so consumers look for convenient and high quality produets, but also, wherever possible, they also prefer environmentally compatible formulations that do not contain ingredients such as silicones and are in line with the eco trend. For instance, the number of new Personal Care produets claiming to avoid silicones in their formulation has increased sig-nificantly in the last three years, mostly in Europe (1).
