摘要

Features of the transformation of the cathodoluminescence spectra of CdSe epitaxial layers with increasing excitation level are studied. It is shown that the spectra at 78 K exhibit the following transformation as the excitation-current density increases: (A-exciton line)–(non-degenerate electron–hole plasma bands)–(degenerate electron–hole plasma bands).
