The fiscal year 2007 (FY 07)U.S.Department of Defense (DOD)budget is 439.3 billion-28.5 billion over FY 06.The budget allows for 110.8 billion for military personnel;152 billion for operations and maintenance;84.2 billion for procurement;73.2 billion for research,development,technology and evaluation;12.6 billion for military construction;4.1 billion for family housing;and 2.4 billion for working capital funds.
