摘要

This paper reports an investigation of the structure, magnetic phase transition and magneto-optical properties of FeRh_(0.95)Pt_(0.05) thin film. A first-order magnetic phase transition occurs at a temperature around 180 deg C, accompanied by a lattice expansion in the c-axis. The effect of substitution on the phase transition in ordered FeRh-based alloy systems is discussed. The nucleation and growth mechanism of the phase transition is quite similar to that of the crystallization of solids. In addition, the Kerr rotation spectrum was also studied.
