摘要

The synthesis and relationship between the chemical structure and cytokinin activity of some N-alkyl and phenyl-N'-hydroxy-, methoxy- and ethoxyphenyl-thioureas, where alkyl can be methyl, ethyl, allyl and n-butyl, have been studied. The investigated group of compounds are characterised by cytokinin activity, which is as fast as that of DPU (N,N'-diphenylurea) and probably their mechanisms of action are similar to that of DPU.
