Even after the rollercoaster ride of the past few years,"wow" is a seldom-used expression in the oil patch except,it seems,when people hear of EnCana's new vacation entitlement.To its already generous benefits offerings,EnCana is now tacking on an additional one to three weeks of vacation time for many of its employees.As of July 1,2007,EnCana staff between 20 and 24 years age will be entitled to three weeks of core vacation time;25-to 29-year-old employees will get four weeks;30 to 39 years-olds,five weeks;40 to 49 year-olds,six weeks;50 to 54 year-olds,seven weeks;and employees that are 55 and over will get eight weeks of core vacation time.
