Forum Energy Technologies has acquiresd Wood Flowline Products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. GE Austria has made a cash offer to acquire Wellstream Holdings. Wood Group is to sell its Well Support Division to GE for $2.8 billion cash. Following the deal, Wood Group will return 'not less than' $1.7 billion to shareholders.
