Well, what do you know, after teas-ing us with $60 WTI in June, oil is once again testing the bottom in the low $40s at press time, thanks to negative supply drivers coming out of Saudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq, not to mention a resilient U.S. production profile. And industry attitude is in a funk. Woe is we, when will it all end? Is there hope for oil and gas producers and investors?
