United Company RUSAL (UC RUSAL) will close a deal to purchase 25 percent plus one share in MMC Norilsk Nickel from Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim Group before the end of April, an informed source told Interfax on March 31. "The deal will be closed before the end of April, as stipulated in the original agreement signed by UC and Onexim in November," a source close to RUSAL told Interfax.
