Future redevelopment of the industrial waterfront zone, western part of Tokyo Bay, fundamentally means for industrial land owners to participate in establishing industrial conversion bases for the surrounding area and opening their sites to thepublic. One of the redevelopment plans is to renovate the zone as a new industrial site which regionally opens R&D information and relates overseas companies with domestic ones for business enterprise.
