Aston Uni leads the way

The European Institute of Innovation and Technology has launched a ￡660m project which aims to develop jobs, businesses and markets within the low carbon sector.Aston University - already at the forefront of research into renewable and green technologies -is part of a consortium bid which brings together the skills and expertise of leading universities, global companies and researchers with the aim of transforming the West Midlands and five other European regions into Climate Knowledge and Innovation Communities (Climate-KIC).
