Third-year nursing students face what feels like an impossible task - writing their final dissertation. It can present some new challenges and unforeseen anxieties because it requires the refinement of existing information, literacy skills, time management and personal organisation.In terms of word count, the dissertation is also considerably longer than any other piece of assessed written academic work in the nursing programme.
