Surveillance of the loss of refrigerant and of refrigerating capacity of refrigerating machines

For the special application in refrigerating machines a hot-film anemometer has been developed for the purpose of the surveillance of important functions of the plant. It yields controlled variables for the continuous optimum filling f the evaporator, applying the "dry" evaporation process, with refrigerant in order to save energy and to protect the against liquid flood-back. Additionally, the loss or refrigerant and of capacity are indicated.
