摘要

The mechanical properties of welded joints of complexly doped 1460 alloy of the Al-Cu-Li system prepared by the argon-arc welding (Svl201 and Svl201 + 0.5% Sc filler wires) are studied by using a complex experimental-analytic approach. The influence of the structural factors (chemical and phase compositions; grain, subgrain, and dislocation structures) on the mechanical properties (strength, plasticity, and crack resistance) of the weld metal of these joints is revealed. The dependences of the concentration of internal stresses and the mechanism of their relaxation in the case of doping of the metal with scandium on the structural phase state of the metal are established.
