Pulmonary Vein Isolation in a 63-year-old Man with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Pulmonary vein isolation was performed in a 63-year-old man with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Electrograms were recorded during antral ablation around the right superior pulmonary vein. It is important to recognize that sometimes with pacing enough decremental conduction occurs into the pulmonary vein to cause conduction block.
