"Exports" was the operative word last week at consecutive conferences hosted by consultancy IHS. Not even the startup of a half-dozen or more world-scale steam crackers and a slew of related petrochemical plants planned to be built in the US before the end of the decade will absorb all of the available natural gas liquids (NGLs), said speakers at the IHS International LPG Seminar and IHS Chemicals World Petrochemicals Conference.
