高周波ZCS変換器の研究

摘要

An electrical power converter for a vehicle system require small size and light weight. A high frequency drive of the electrical power converter is the way with the effective reduction size and weight. But, it has problem that loss increased. Zero Current Switching (ZCS) technology is the effective means to reduce loss of the high frequency converter. In this paper, the converter and the control method to convert from the DC voltage to a three-phase AC current by the high frequency ZCS technology are proposed. The converter consists of a high frequency inverter, resonant circuits and a high frequency matrix converter. The validity of the proposed control method was confirmed by an experimental equipment of resonant frequency 20kHz which consists of IGBT.
