Tony Bell imported his STK300 directly from Poland in 2020. Based in Balbriggan, North County Dublin, he first started strip-till in 2011 with a Claydon SR, reducing the area of crops established under a plough-based regime. The Claydon proved that the system could work, with the soil structure of the heavy clay soil continually improving and earthworm populations increasing.
