Non-intentional farm fatalities have fallen significantly in the last decade, however workplace safety in Australian agriculture is still not up to scratch when compared to other industries. In a bid to increase awareness, the Federal Government has rolled out findings from two key projects to stop people dying unnecessarily and getting hurt. The Government's Collaborative Partnership for Farming and Fishing Health and Safety is prioritising actions needed to improve farm occupational health and safety (OHS).
