Positive Signs in Supply Situation, But Marketers Must Remain Diligent

George Koloroutis, who is chairman of the National Propane Gas Association's (NPGA) Supply & Logistics Committee and founder of the Kansas-based consultancy Propane Concepts LLC, provided his views in BPN's April issue on the supply and logistics woes of the past winter and on his ideas to avoid a repeat. With various developments since then, such as the May release of a report from the NPGA Supply and Infrastructure Task Force's Industry/Marketer Education Working Group, we asked him for an update on the propane industry efforts in that area and how the supply situation looks for the upcoming winter.
