摘要

The study of the metal-gasifying polystyrene patterns interaction processes in the mould cavity by the film method, physical modeling, the theoretical calculation and also the gaseous regime of the mould, permitted obtaining the fundamentals of the process theoretical model, bassed on the fact that between the metal and the mould it is forming a control space at the mould filling, in which takes place the model thermal destruction and the forming of the gasses pressure. This finding has created the possibility to put forward the hypothesis that the static position of the mould walls of unbinded granular material, at the interface control space-mould is conditioned by the gasses flux filtering forces, and at the interface model-mould by the mould resistance conditions.Such hypothesis has permitted to solve the theoretical problem of the mould resistance on the basis of earths mechanical theory and the gasses filttration theory, by a undeformed porous medium.
