摘要

The AV may provide passengers with multiple safety buttons and voice commands that summon help in terms of a remote human agent with a video feed and potentially emergency services as well. For example, extending 911 operations to take all of the AV's video and audio feeds may be considered. Human operators may appear on internal display screens and apps to observe video (including recent history) and communicate with passengers. The AV can drive to meet the police or emergency services to reduce delay in some circumstances as directed. The AV itself might behave like an emergency vehicle with (say) Hashing red LED lights and a siren in certain situations when appropriately authorized. The AV may protect passengers from themselves if they arc engaging in harmful behavior, where the AV usually either waits to start driving or threatens to pull over unless people behave, although the AV can even summon emergency services. The AV may ensure that the passenger's seat belt is worn correctly (across their chest, etc.), ensure that large body parts are not hanging outside the vehicle through an open window, and/or ensure that passengers are silting in the seat as they're supposed to (i.e., not upside-down, etc.).
