W e are ALL in leadership roles. We write healthy eating policies, head departments or guide consumers. We spearhead projects or mentor others. In our personal lives, we are often silent leaders. Have you ever had others eye your plate to see what you ordered when dining out? Even without saying anything, we influence our children with the foods we serve at home. In every example, we have an opportunity to continue guiding Canadians in achieving better health.
