Culinary Centre part of multi-faceted agri-tourism proposal

It's worth the time it takes to savour a fine culinary experience — and that's the approach driving a proposed 12-million dollar wining, dining and educational facility in the Niagara Region of Ontario called the New World Culinary Centre. The facility will be the focal point of a multi-faceted agri-tourism development by the Niagara Land Company. Pending land use approvals, it is expected to be operating by the harvest of 1998.
