Jerzy Sarama,CEO of Poland based Karton Pak,says that "our great strength is flexibility" - a comment he attributes to the equipment at the plant as well as his staff.As an example,he explains that the 190 employees work three shifts,over five or six days,but will always work seven days a week when necessary.This type of flexibility helped the company to increase its turnover by 20 per cent last year.
