CITO Expansion

Back in January, Cito-System GmbH completed the take over of Austrian group Wald Diecutting Systems GmbH, whose former owner, Mr Stefan Vukovich, was looking to retire from the day to day management of the company, As part of the deal, Cito has also taken control of their Hungarian subsidiary, and shares in other group companies in The Czech and Slovak Republics and Romania. The Cito Group now benefits from the knowledge of Wald, which will have a positive effect on the development of die-cutting products including Cito FormLine.
