摘要

Polyvinyl chloride is one of the least stable polymeric products,requiring specific stabilisation and processing.It is necessary to increase the resistance of PVC to the corrosive effect of heat and oxygen during the processing and service of finished articles made from it.Therefore,the development of effective stabilising systems for PVC is an urgent task.Mixtures of organic acids of alkaline-earth and transition-valency metals,which are classic synergistic mixtures,are effective and widely used as stabilisers for PVC.Here,the excellent heat stability of Ba salts is supplemented by the high weather resistance and ability to retain original colours of Cd salts,enhanced by combination with one or several organic stabilisers (antioxidants,epoxy compounds,organic phosphites,metal phenolates,and mechanochemical stabilisers) [1-3].
