Notice concerning the anti-dumping measures on imports of ethanolamines originating in the USA and a partial reopening of the anti-dumping investigation

By its judgement of 8 May 2012 in Case T-158/10 [Focus on Surfactants, Sep 2012], the General Court of the European Union annulled Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 54/2010 of 19 Jan 2010 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ethanolamines originating in the USA in so far as it concerns The Dow Chemical Co. As a consequence of the judgement of 8 May 2012, imports into the EU of ethanolamines manufactured by Dow Chemical are no longer subject to the anti-dumping measures imposed by Regulation (EU) No 54/2010.
